EVENT HOUSE RULES

These house rules apply to all visits to the event and/or stays on the event grounds and the campsite. Entry is at your own risk; the organizer cannot be held liable for personal injury and/or loss or damage to visitors’ property.

Visitors must comply with these House Rules as well as generally accepted standards of decency and public morality. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry and/or removal from the premises, with or without police notification, and without any right to a refund or compensation.

The following rules apply across the entire event site and/or campsite and must be strictly observed.

PHOTO, VIDEO, AND AUDIO

  1. It is not permitted to make and/or publish professional photo, film, drone, or audio recordings during your visit.
  2. Surveillance cameras are present in various locations, and may record audio and/or video. By entering the premises, you consent to the creation, publication, and reproduction of such recordings by the Organizer and/or third parties, through any media or technology, without compensation. You expressly waive any portrait or image rights in favor of the Organizer and its licensees.
  3. You agree to video surveillance used by or on behalf of the Organizer for public order and safety, and the resulting audio and/or video recordings

PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES

  1. The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought onto or possessed at the event grounds, and may be confiscated and/or handed over to the police (confiscated items will not be returned and may be destroyed):
    a. Professional photo, film, drone, or recording equipment;
    b. Glassware, plastic bottles, cans;
    c. Fireworks;
    d. Drugs, medication, psychoactive substances, or items that resemble or can be used as drugs. Being under the influence is also prohibited;
    e. Dry ice and nitrous oxide (whipped cream chargers or tanks, balloons);
    f. (Fire)arms, tools, or objects that may be used as weapons, and/or other dangerous items or substances (e.g., spray cans, CS gas);
    g. Food (only allowed on the campsite under specific conditions);
    h. (Alcoholic) beverages (only allowed on the campsite under specific conditions);
    i. (Electric) appliances such as stoves, fridges, sandwich makers, beer taps, gas bottles, sound systems, generators;
    j. Large furniture such as couches or other bulky items;
    k. Laser pens, stadium horns, drones, selfie sticks, and similar items;
    l. Graffiti, confetti, party poppers, etc.;
    m. (House) animals.
  2. Visitors are not allowed to distribute or display promotional material (including samples, flyers, ads, banners, signs, etc.) near or on the event premises without explicit written permission from the Organizer.
  3. Provocative/offensive clothing or banners, including but not limited to football club attire, are not permitted.
  4. Smoking, including electronic smoking, is only allowed in designated smoking areas. The Organizer does not guarantee a smoke-free environment. Any fines incurred due to smoking violations will be recovered from the offending visitor.
  5. Trading of any goods without the Organizer’s permission is prohibited.

SAFETY

  1. The minimum age requirement is 18 years. You must be able to present a valid ticket upon request, both at entry and during the event.
  2. Use earplugs to prevent hearing damage. Earplugs are available on site.
  3. Any form of violence, verbal or physical aggression, and/or discrimination is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event.
  4. For safety reasons, you may be searched, have your bag(s) inspected, or be required to pass through a detection gate at entry or during your stay.
  5. Emergency exits and access to fire extinguishers or other safety measures must remain unobstructed at all times. The organization reserves the right to remove or relocate any obstructing persons or materials.
  6. You are required to follow instructions and regulations given by event staff, security, police, or other authorities. These instructions may concern group behavior, aggression, indecent or offensive conduct, emergencies, safety risks, discrimination, insults, threats, or provocative attire, insignia, badges, headgear, or flags.

DAMAGE

  1. It is prohibited to damage or tamper with the event infrastructure or surrounding area in any way.
  2. Creating safety hazards, such as climbing on or being on structures (e.g., stages, fences, containers), is not allowed.
  3. You may not harm the image of the Organizer, the event, or any of its partners.
  4. You will be held liable for any damage you cause.

CAMPING

  1. We care deeply about nature and the environment. Please help us keep the campsite clean and free of litter.
  2. Keep sanitary facilities (showers and toilets) clean. Use waste containers provided.
  3. Camping is only allowed at the official “REBiRTH Residence” campsite and within designated areas.
  4. Entry tickets are exchanged for a wristband at the campsite entrance. Wristbands are non-transferable. No wristband = no access.
  5. You may only leave the campsite during check-in hours. Leaving outside of these times is only allowed with all your camping gear. Your wristband will be cut, and you will not be allowed back in.
  6. Tents may only be set up in areas indicated by stewards.
  7. Campers, cars, bicycles, trailers, caravans, or other vehicles are not allowed on the campsite. Only trolleys/carts (max. 70 cm wide) that fit through security gates are permitted.
  8. Playing loud music is prohibited after the festival closes.
  9. Open fire is forbidden. This includes campfires, BBQs, torches, fireworks, etc. Disposable BBQs (max. 40×40 cm) and one-burner gas bottles (max. 250 grams) are only allowed in designated BBQ zones.
  10. Each person may bring up to 3 liters of non-alcoholic or low-alcohol beverages (<15%) during check-in only. A reasonable amount of food is allowed. Beverages over 15% alcohol and glass containers are prohibited.

Vouchers or tokens purchased during an event are only valid for that specific event and can only be exchanged during the event. No refunds will be issued after the event.

The Organizer may impose additional conditions for access to and/or stay at the event or event site, either independently or in consultation with partners such as transportation services (shuttles), security staff, fire services, police, and emergency responders.

These rules are supplementary to the general terms and conditions of Stichting Rebirth Events, REBiRTH Events B.V., REBiRTH Festival B.V., and REBELLiON Outdoor B.V.
